2Ti 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith

no Sex prior to the Sabbath is permitted. It is a Holy Day. 
No Idol talk is Permitted. It is a time of Preparation to enter and remain in the Presence of Elohim.

The Severity of the Sabbath

Ex 31:15 Six days may work be done; but in the seventh [is] the Sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth [any] work in the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.                          
Isaiah 58:13-14…. If you turn away your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on my holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honorable; and shalt honor him, not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, nor speaking your own words: Then shalt you delight yourself in the Lord ; and I will cause you to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.                                                                                                                                         
this day was so important that even the lord himself kept the Sabbath. ( Lu 4:16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up for to read.)

The Change of the Sabbath

On March 7, 321, The Roman Emperor Constantine I issued a civil decree making Sunday a day of rest from labor, stating: All judges and city people and the craftsmen shall rest upon the venerable day of the sun. to Honor Sun Worship, or SUN DAY. 

The Hebrew Shabbat, the seventh day of the week, is "Sun down Friday to sun down Saturday " because in the Hebrew calendar a new day begins at sunset (or, by custom, about 20 minutes earlier) and not at midnight.. The Sabbath was continued to be observed on the seventh day in the early Christian church. but later outlawed by the Catholic popes.
